Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu says prevention, through education, awareness, family support and community engagement, remains one of the most effective tools in addressing substance abuse and criminal networks.
In her message marking 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse, with the theme "The evidence is clear: Invest in prevention. StopOrganizedCrime."
