Segun Showunmi Clashes with Pat Utomi Over Tinubu Support Shift Showunmi, once Atiku Abubakar's spokesperson and a vocal critic of President Bola Tinubu's government, now backs Tinubu's re-election on the APC campaign team. He credits reforms like NELFUND, the Electricity Act, and highway projects after observing three-and-a-half years of implementation. The 'Road to 2027' panel exchange drew mixed reactions, with some praising his defense and others noting politicians' realignments ahead of elections. Showunmi also dismissed links between his wife's INEC redeployment and his politics.
